אני החתום מטה מרשה וממנה לשליח מיוחד את הרב יעקב יוסף מאסקאוויטש שיחיה רב דקהל באראוו לעשות כל הקניינים על שכירות המקומות ועל מכירת דברי החמץ והרי הוא שלוחי ובא כחי ועשייתו כעשייתי וידו כידי ופיו כפי עם איזה קונה שירצה, בכל אופן המועיל לפי תיקון חכמינו ז''ל, ולא אוכל לטעון לתקוני שדרתיך ולא לעוותי, .

I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Yakov Yosef Moskowitz to act in my place and stead, and in my behalf to sell all Chometz  as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic Law (e.g. Chometz, possible Chometz, and all kinds of Chometz mixtures, also Chometz that tends to harden and to adhere to surfaces of pans, pots or cooking utensils) possessed by me (knowingly or unknowingly) and to lease all places wherein the Chometz owned by me may  be found.

The above power is in conformity with all Torah, Rabbinical regulations and laws,

Notes:

1. According to Halacha/Jewish law anything that has an ingredient like wheat or yeast in it ( I. e. bread, noodles, yeast, pasta, beer, whiskey etc) you have to discard it or sell it to a non jew in the morning of the day the passover starts which is the 14th day of Nissan this year April 12 2025. But this year we sell the cometz effective Friday April 11 around Shkiya 7:33pm EST Until the holiday/yom tov ends Sunday Evening April 22 2025 in the evening approx 9:05pm EST.
2. Once you give us some places and some chametz hat you are selling, all other chametz in any place in the world you own and forgo to include it in the list, it will be automatically included in the sale
3. The way it works. You authorize a Rabbi to sell the Chametz on your behalf, and it can be done online or by phone as well and he does the transaction for you.
4. This service is with a fee of minimum $36. You can add as much you would like. Donations are Tax deductible. 
5. We will sell your chametz according to YOUR timezone which you must indicate.
6. You can rely on us that your chametz will be sold according to Halacha (Jewish Law)
7. You can assume that your Chametz will be purchased back as soon pesach is over at around 9pm. We will try to send you a confirmation email.
8. If you would like to sell your friends or neighbors chametz as well, you will need to receive a clear verbal confirmation that he authorizes you to do it for them.
